I’ve been working out regularly my entire adult life, but I never thought of myself as particularly fit or strong. Doing Crossfit for the past eighteen months has completely changed that for me. I now realize that I’m capable of doing all sorts of things that I never thought possible and I feel fantastic because I’m seeing progress in what I can do instead of just focusing on numbers on a scale.

Before I started training with Crossfit PHL team, I was overweight, could barely lift a barbell over my head and my cardiovascular health was nonexistent. Fast forward 18 months of working out with the Crossfit PHL gang and I've completed three Tough Mudders, lost 40 lbs, can press beyond my bodyweight and in the best shape of my life. Its been a life altering experience.
