Strength:
Hang Snatch + Overhead Squat
7×2
*This is not a hang Power snatch!
*Increase weight only if your form allows.

Metcon:
5 rounds for time:
6x Snatch (135/95) scale as needed!
9x Burpees
12x Knees to Elbow
* any snatch is acceptable as long as you’re pulling from the floor.
*Make the weight challenging but not impossible.
