Turkish Get Ups- 5×2 (2 reps on each arm)
muscle up work- if you can do a muscle up, work on bar muscle ups.
– if you can’t do a muscle up, work on the progressions.


10 rounds:
5x Thruster (115#)
10x Pull-ups
100m Sprint
Rest 1 minute between rounds.
