Strength:
Back Squat- work to a peak single
Then… Drop 15% and do 3×3 at that weight
*Full depth.
*knees out.
*Activate those glutes as fast as possible.

Metcon:
Tabata kb swings(as heavy as possible)
5rds(with a 4 min cap)
10x squat
10X push-up
10X sit-up
rest whatever time remains, then…
Tabata kb swings
5rds
10x squat
10X push-up
10X sit-up

*there is no rest between the first tabata and the 5rds
