Snatch complex: Two snatch pulls, one hang snatch (8 sets)
*Back tight, weight in your heels, shoulders over the bar.

Metcon:
12 min infinity ladder:
snatch (95/65)
overhead squat
knees to elbow

* the first round you must complete 1 rep of each movement, then 2, then 3 etc…
