Ok boys and girls, today we are doing the 12 days of christmas!

12 Days of Christmas:

1 Clean& Jerk (135/95)
2 Ring Row
3 Front Squat (135/95)
4 SDHP
5 Pull-up (no bands allowed, sub negatives)
6 box jumps 24/20
7 burpees
8 Plyo push-ups
9 wallballs
10 kettlebell swings
11 shuttles sprints ( to the stop sign and back)
12 Thrusters

*get after it and have fun!
