1/11/14 Team Work

Warm-up:

Coach’s Choice.

 

Strength:

Front squat – work up to your 1RM, then drop 15-20% 3×3 pause front squat

 

Teams of 2:

load kb onto your box and  carry the box up and back across the room. Set box down and partner 1 does step ups  while partner 2 completes 10x sdhp and 5 waiter’s carry across the room and  switch.  Repeat again with 4, 3, 2&1, each time carrying the box and bell across the room to start the round.

*don’t drop the box or the bell(you’ll have to do another lap!)

*set the box down gently.

*scale as needed!
