Strength:

Front Squat-

15  minutes Front Squat to a peak single via the following rep scheme: 3, 3, 3, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1.

*if the clock runs out, move on!

Strict Press-
EMOM- 6 sets of 4, increasing weight as needed or as possible on each set.

*4 reps every min. on min. for 6 minutes.

100x DU’s
