Warm-up:

Coach’s Choice.

 

Strength:

Snatch Complex-

Power snatch: 7 sets of 2 power snatches from the floor (or hang, depending on the skill of the athlete), followed by five to six singles. EACH second rep of each set should be followed by three overhead squats.

Bonus Work:

Perform 3 sets of 10 at 60% 1RM deadlift

Metcon:

2011 CF Games 11.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double-unders
15 Power snatches (75/55)
