Power clean

Ring dip

8 sets of 3 power cleans. Athletes cannot increase the weight unless they successfully complete all three power cleans to a higher than parallel position. Early sets should be “touch-and-go.” In between each set of power cleans, athletes should perform 3 to 5 ring dips.

Metcon:

5 min amrap:

Infinity Ladder

Hang Cleans(95/65)

Wallballs

2 min rest

Then repeat!
