Strength:

Overhead Squat

15-20 min to work up to a peak.

Then drop to 80% for 4 sets of 3 reps EMOM.

 

Metcon:

8 Rds

3x hang snatch (95/65)

5x O/H squat

10x HR push-up

3x suicide sprints
