Warm-up:

Coach’s Choice.

Strength:

Snatch Complex-

Power snatch: 6 sets of 3 power snatches from the floor (or hang, depending on the skill of the athlete), followed by three to four doubles. The final rep of each set should be followed by three overhead squats.

Bonus Work:

Perform 4 sets of 8 at 65% 1RM deadlift

Metcon:

For Time:

30 wallballs

5 rds

5 squat snatch (95/65)

10 chest to bar pull-ups (sub ring rows)

30 burpees
