Strength:

Clean 8×5 + Shoulder to O/H-

Take 8 sets to work up to a peak sets of FIVE clean PLUS 1 shoulder to overhead(after the last clean rep). Then drop to 70% today’s peak set of five and perform 3 sets of 10 shoulder to overhead every minute ON THE OTHER MINUTE (EOMOM)

BONUS WORK: FROM THE FLOOR, two sets of 20 reps front squat at 70% today’s best five rep clean

Metcon:

10 min Infinity ladder

Clean and Jerk (135/95)

Chest to bar pull-ups
