Power Snatch
O/H Squat

*Use 7 sets to work up to a peak set of five in the power snatch, follow the third rep of every set with five overhead squats. Then go to 100-130% of 1RM snatch and perform EMOM eight reps of snatch grip deadlift for SIX MINUTES

Metcon:

WORKOUT 12.1

7 minutes of burpees to a 6 inch target overhead.
