8×2 Front Squat

Use eight sets to work up to a peak double front squat, superset the first six sets with five reps push press. Then drop to 55-70% today’s best double and EMOM 5 THRUSTERS for five minutes

BONUS WORK: 3 sets of ME push ups with 90 seconds rest between sets
