Use 7 sets to work up to a peak set of FIVE reps. In between each set, perform 10 box jumps (men: 30, women: 24)

Buy in: 20x partner deadlift (men315/ women225)

10 laps of bear crawl/ max effort shoulder to over head (empty bar)

10 laps broad jump/ max effort mountain climbers

500 m row while partner holds a handstand

cash out: 20x partner deadlift
