Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:
Power Snatch+ O/H Squat

Use 8 sets to work up to a peak set of TWO in the power snatch, follow the second rep of every set with three overhead squats. Then perform 6 sets of 6 EMOM at (45/75 women, 75/135 men)

Metcon:

5 min amrap:
5x shoulder to overhead(115/85)
10x Front Squat
15x Double Unders

-2min rest

5 min amrap:

5x STO (95/65)
10x Front Squat
15x Double Unders
