Strength:
Front Squat
Push Jerk

Use 8 sets to work up to a peak front squat, superset the first five sets with three reps push jerk. Then drop to 40-60% today’s best front squat and EMOM 5 THRUSTERS for five minutes

BONUS WORK: 3 sets of ME Push ups with 90s rest between sets

4 rds for time:
10x thrusters (95/65)
15x situps
1x lunge (up and back)
