Strength:
6×5 Clean + 1 Shoulder to Over Head

Work up to a peak set of five clean plus STOH in six sets. Then drop to 85% today’s peak set for 5 sets of 5 reps EMOM

Bonus work: 3 rounds of ME push ups with 2 min break between rounds

Metcon:

3 mins of Burpees
30 sec rest
3 min of Snatch (75/45)
30 sec rest
3 min Burpees
30 sec rest
3 min snatch (135/95)
