Snatch + O/H Squat
Work up to a peak set of 3 snatch in 8 sets. Folow the third rep of each set with 3 OHS. Then drop to 80% today’s best snatch and perform 5 sets of 5 reps EMOM
Bonus work: 3 sets of 10 deadlifts at 65% best 1RM deadlift
