Floor Press 5×5

Work up to a peak set of five thrusters in six or seven sets. Superset with five sets of five floor press. Then drop to 80% today’s best set of five thruster and do 6 sets of 6 thrusters EMOM.

Bonus work: 3 rounds ME push press at 65% best push press

TEAMS of 2:

10 min AMRAP

A) Lunge up and back
B) kb swings
2 banded sprints by each teammate
