And The Open Begins… 2/28/14

Last night marked the start of the 2014 CrossFit Open. As some of the evening crew sat around to watch the workout announcement, I realized that the Open is more than just a competition, it’s a way to bring liked minded people together.

Let the Fun begin! For the next 5 weeks, We will do the Open WOD every Saturday Between 10-12 in place of the regular classes. Please arrive early and start getting warmed up, there will be a suggested warm-up posted on the board. Please try to let me know what time your planning on showing up so i can set the heats and time. Also, for the remainder of the open, friday will be a lighter skill day to prepare everyone for saturday.

Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Skill:

10 minutes of  Pull-up work (negatives, kipping, CTB, Butterfly)

15 minutes of  WOD prep.

For Time:
5 Rds
10x push-up
10x sit-up
20x squat
20x Double Unders
