8×3 Clean + Shoulder to Overhead

15 minutes to Work up to a peak set of three clean plus STOH in eight sets. Then drop to 85% today’s peak set for 5 sets of 3 reps EMOM
Bonus work: 3 rounds of ME push ups with 2 min break between rounds

Metcon:

Two rounds for time:
 100 Air Squats
 20 Push jerks, 135#/95#
500 meter Row
