Whether you submit a score or not, everyone did a great job for week 1 of our 1st open event!

Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:
Superset-
Front Squat
PushPress

Work up to a peak set of five in the front squat over 7 sets. Superset each set of FSQ with 5 push press (from floor)

Metcon:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:
kettlebell swings, 24 kg (16 kg)
HR pushups
box jumps, 24″ box (20″ box)
