Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Skill: 10 minutes of muscle-up practice

Strength:
Superset-
DeadLift
Box Jump

Work up to a peak triple deadlift for speed over 8 sets. Do not exceed 75% best 1RM deadlift. Superset these with attempts at a max height box jump.
Bonus work: 3 sets of ME TTB with 90 seconds rest between attempts

Metcon:
12 mins amrap:
5x deadlift @ 50% of heaviest weight during strength
10x wall-balls (unbroken)
15x situps
