Strength:
Superset-
Front Squat (from rack)
Push Press (from floor)

Work up to a peak set of three in the front squat over 8 sets. Superset each set of FSQ with 3 push press (from floor)

Metcon:
5 x 3 min AMRAP
Infinity ladder
Hang Clean (135/95)
Wallball (as heavy as possible)
1min rest between amraps
