Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Skill:
10-15 minutes of handstand work

Strength:
2snatch +2 O/H squat

Perform 10 sets of two snatches, doing one from just above the knees and one from the floor. Use between 40 and 85% of your best snatch; work on pulling under the bar. Follow the second rep of every set with two overhead squats

Bonus work: 3 sets of ME TTB with 90 seconds rest between attempts
