Warm-up:

Strength:
8×3 Snacth + 3 O/H Squat

Perform 8 sets of three snatches, doing one from just below the knees, one from just above the knee, and one from the floor. Use between 40 and 80% of your best snatch; work on pulling under the bar. Follow the third rep of every set with two overhead squats

Bonus work: 3 sets of ME TTB with 90 seconds rest between attempts
