Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:
8 sets of complex:
1x hang snatch
1x snatch
3x O/H Squats

Snatch complex of one hang snatch, one snatch from the floor, 3 overhead squats. Perform 8 to total sets, increasing the weight only if the lifter completes all three overhead squats.

Metcon:
8rds
7x ring dips (sub parralettes)
14x goblet squat
21x sit-up
