Strength:
9 sets of Clean Complex
1x hang clean
1x clean
1x front squat
2x jerk

* only increase the weight if the athlete completes both jerks

Metcon:
10-1
pull-ups
wallballs
50 double-unders
1-10
med-ball clean
TTB

Bonus work: Perform sets of 8 pushups EMOM for 10 minutes
