Strength Cycle Day 5 – 4/5/14


Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:
Ring Dips &
Overhead Squat

Work up to a peak set of 6 weighted ring dips. Perform 8 total sets, superset each set with 5 overhead squats.

Bonus work: attend OLY class, which will now be C&J Saturdays during this cycle

Partner Wod:
400 m run (both partners)
150x lunges
100x ring rows
75x burpees
50x wallball situps
400m run (both partners)
*one partner works at a time while the other partner holds a plate (45/25) overhead.
