8×3 Back Squat
Superset W/
8×2 Power Clean

Work up to a peak in both lifts by set 6 and repeat for the last 2 .

Metcon:
4 min amrap
3x TTB (sub knees to elbow)
5x burpee
7x kb Swing
2 min rest
Repeat!
