Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Skill:
10 minutes
even min-double unders
odd min- L-sit

Strength:
8×4 Floor Press
Superset w/
8×4 weight chin-ups

-If athlete cannot perform a bodyweight chin-up , then do 8×3 negative chins

Metcon:
100 hangr clean (115/85)
Berfore you start the clean and every time you set the bar down you must complete a shuttle run (stop sign and back) and 10 wall balls.
