Strength Cycle Day 10 – 4/12/14

Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:
8×3 Ring Dips
Superset W/
8×3 Overhead Squat
-Work up to a peak set of 3 weighted ring dips. Perform 8 total sets, superset each set with 3 overhead squats.

Metcon:

8 rds
225 pound Deadlift, 6 reps
7 Burpee pull-ups (if you can’t do unassisted pull-ups, do 7 burpees then 7 pull-ups)
15 step over box
Run 200 meters
