Back Squat 5,3,3,3,2,2,1,1,1
Superset W/
Power Clean 9×1

BKSQ: Work up to a peak back squat using the following rep scheme: 5, 3, 3, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1. Try to PR your squat today!

Superset each of these sets with a set of one power clean from the floor, working up to a peak single in the power clean

Bonus work: 8 sets of 8 TTB with 60 seconds rest between sets.

Metcon:
Every minute on the minute for max rounds
5x Box jump (24/20 inch)
7x Sumo Deadlift high pull (75#/55#)
9x Push press (75#/55#)
-if you fail to complete a round before 10 min mark, the workout turns into a 12 min amrap.
