Skill: 10-15 minutes
Double/ Triple under practice
-only practice triples if you can get 2 sets of 50 doubles
4 max effort L-sit holds @ o,5,10,15 minutes

Strength:
8x Clean Complex

Clean complex (2 pulls, one hang clean, two front squats)
– perform 8 total sets of this complex, working up to a peak in six sets and repeating the heaviest weight two more times

50x Box Jump

40x V-ups
10x unbroken kb swings
30x strict press (95/65)
10x unbroken kb swings
