negatives/kip/ butterfly/ CTB

Suitcase Deadlift

thruster and suitcase deadlift. Use the same bar for each. 
(starting weight: 65/95) perform seven sets of 5 thrusters followed by 3 suitcase deadlifts per side. Increase the weight on the thruster ONLY if you complete all six suitcase deadlifts

50 wall-balls for time.(30/16)
-2 min rest-
50 deadlift for time (165/105)
-1 min rest-
50 Toes to Bar for time
