Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Skill:
5 rds (not timed, but get it done in 10-15 minutes)
8x pistols (alternating)
1x rope climb (3 rope pulls)

Strength:
8×5 Back Squat
superset W/
8×5 Power Jerk (from floor)

Perform 8 sets of five reps back squat, working to a peak in six sets and repeating the heaviest weight two more times. Superset each set of squats with five power jerks from the floor (one clean, five jerks).
