2 Muscle-Ups EMOM for 7 minutes
(sub 5 progression pulls)

10x Snatch Complex

 2 snatch plus snatch pulls. 
Perform 10 sets of 2 snatch, followed immediately by two snatch pulls. Only add weight if you make both snatches. Take at least one minute rest between sets.

10 Clean& Jerk  (135/95)
10 Burpee
-1 min rest-

* increase weight by 10 pounds ever round
