Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:

5 sets of Bear Complex
Power Clean
 Front Squat
Push-Press
Back Squat
Push-Press

~Don’t put the bar down
~only increase if full set is completed.

Metcon:
Partner WOD
100 burpee
150 push-up
200 sit-ups
250 Squats

-one person works while the other holds a chin-up at the very top
– when the person can no longer hold their chin over the bar, switch.
