Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:
5x Man-Bear Complex (hybrid of man-maker and bear complexes)

РThree push ups on the bar, three Pendlay rows, one clean grip deadlift, one hang power clean, one push press, one thruster, lower bar to the back, then one back squat, one push press from behind the neck 
Only add weight if you complete the entire complex without letting go of the bar.

 

Metcon

20 minute Amrap:
20x kb swing (53/35)
200 m shuttle (stop sign and back)
20 kb C&J (10 each side)
10 cal row
1 lap of bear crawl
