Strength:
10x clean Complex

Clean complex: one hang clean, one clean, one front squat. 
Complete 10 sets of this complex, working up to a peak in 8 sets and repeating the heaviest weight twice; increase the weight only if you make both cleans. 

Metcon:

10x hang Snatch (95/65))
8x burpee on to plate
6x  O/H Lunges W/ plate(45/25) each leg
