Strength:
Thruster
Superset W/
Suitcase Deadlift

thruster and suitcase deadlift. Do not use the same bar for each. 
Work up to a peak thruster using the following rep scheme: 3, 3, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1.
Superset each set of thrusters with five suitcase deadlifts per side; starting weight: 75/55; increase the weight only if you make all 5 per side.
