Strength Cycle Day 32 – 5/8/14

Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

The Original Crossfitter!!!

Strength:
Back Squat
Superset W/
Push Jerk

Work up to a peak back squat using the following rep scheme: 5, 3, 3, 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1
Superset each set with 2 push jerks from the floor (one clean, two jerks). Increase the weight of the jerk if you make both. 

Conditioning
2 minutes of Burpees ( max effort)
~1 minute rest~
7min AMRAP
10x wall ball
10x Russian KB swings (70/44)
