Strength Cycle Day 33 – 5/9/14

Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:
8x Snatch Complex

Snatch complex: one snatch from the hang, one snatch from below the knee, one snatch from the floor. 
Perform 8 sets of this complex. Only add weight if you make all three snatches. Take at least one minute rest between sets.

1min rest

Advanced and Intermediate: all rows must be completed in 1 minute or less (women 1:15). Penalty for exceeding time limit is 20 double unders for every second over. To be completed at the end.
