Strength Cycle Day 34 – 5/10/14

Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:
“Death By Sixes ”
6 rounds of Complex
 6 deadlift, 6 Pendlay row, 6 RDL, 6 power clean from floor, 6 push press, 6 front squat (105/75) WITHOUT LETTING GO OF THE BAR, 60 seconds rest between each round.

Team Work:

Teams of 2:
Max effort Knees to Elbow alternating every 20 seconds for 7 minutes
-keep track of total reps per team.
~1 minute rest~
15 min amrap
5x push-up
7x Box Jumps
-each person must complete a round, then switch.
-keep track of total rounds.
