Strength Cycle Day 35 – 5/12/14

Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:
6×8 Overhead Squat
Superset W/
6×4 Snatch Grip Deadlift
-Break up into groups of three; one person squats, one person deadlifts, one person rests.
-Increase the weight each set if you make all 8 OHS and all 4 deads
Conditioning:
“DT”

                   Five rounds of:

  • 155/105 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
  • 155 /105 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
  • 155/105 pound Push jerk, 6 reps
