tabata double unders
tabata L-holds( on rings or pull-up bar)

Strength:
Hang Clean
Superset W/
Front Rack Lunge & Push-Press

8 sets of two hang cleans, two lunge steps per leg, two push press. Add weight if you make both push presses.

 

Conditioning
15 min amrap
5x GI Jane (burpee pull-up)
10 Cal row
15 box overs (24/20)
