8×6 Decline Push-ups
Superset W/
8×6 weighted Chin-up

superset weighted decline push ups and weighted chins. 8 sets of 6 weighted decline push ups (feet up on a box or plate) and 6 weighted chin ups

 

Conditioning:

50 wall balls
then…
10 Rds of Cindy
5x pull-up
10x push-up
15x squat
Then…
50 wallball situps
