8×4 Snatch Grip Dead Lift

-Increase the weight each set if you make all 6 OHS and all 4 deads

Conditioning:

1 min  Max Effort  Power Cleans (135/95)
1 min Max Effort Double unders
1 min Max Effort Burpees
~1 min rest~
